Information for Hirers
Options
Use of Greens and Bowls equipment alone for 3 hours: Rate $120.00 per rink
- Maximums of 4 players per rink and 8 rinks in play
- barefoot bowls set-up, bowls equipment provided, instruction and game management as required by one or two of our Club’s Pennant bowlers.
- bare feet or flat soled shoes only on the green
- no glass, food or drink is permitted on the green.
- dogs are welcome but must be leashed or tied up, and cleaned up after
- children must not be allowed to run around on the green.
- bowls are to be returned to their original carrier box and placed in the equipment shed at the completion of play.
- the croquet court can be set up and used at no extra charge
Use of Clubhouse and kitchen facilities alone exclusive use for 3 hours: Rate $ 10.00 per head. Minimum $300
- Access for time to set up and decorate before an event can be arranged at no extra charge.
- Clean up to begin immediately on conclusion of the hire unless otherwise agreed. All kitchen equipment, plates, cutlery etc to be washed (machine available) and put away where found.
Exclusive Use of Greens, Bowls equipment, Clubhouse and BBQ for 3 hours: Rate $1000.
- Access for time to set up and decorate before an event can be arranged at no extra charge.
- Clean up to begin immediately on conclusion of the hire unless otherwise agreed. All kitchen equipment, plates, cutlery etc to be washed (machine available) and put away where found.
- Includes use of all 8 rinks exclusively
Use of the croquet court and equipment on its own: Rate $10.00 per head.
Notes
Options 1 &2 are discounted by 15% for Flinders Golf and bowls Club members
Once the booking is made an invoice for 30% deposit is required and will be sent to the hirer by the Golf Club Finance Manager. The full balance must be paid by EFT on the day of the hire.
The deposit will be refunded in full:
- If cancellation is notified more than 14 days prior to the event.
- Inclement weather or green conditions prevents their use.
Lower rates for Flinders based community not-for- profit groups are available
Alcohol cannot be brought to the club, but service of alcohol can be arranged with volunteer RSA certified bar staff, with no alcohol to be consumed anywhere at the club by anyone under the age of 18.
Options for alcohol purchase are EFT with each purchase, or a bar tab for payment in full by EFT at conclusion of hire.
Catering is not offered by the club, but the full use of the kitchen and its facilities is included with clubhouse hire.
